My Story
Hi, I’m Tanya!
I am a wife, a mom of two young kids, and an entrepreneur. I’m a Carlisle native, currently living in a Perry County (on a bit of a farmette), where we have room to roam, grow a small garden of fresh veggies and am raising either cattle, lambs, and/or a pretty hefty flock of egg-laying chickens.
I’m also the owner of Next Chapter Homes, real estate investing company focusing on the Carlisle/Perry County community.
I’m a do-er. A visionary. A firm believer in community and personal relationships.
As a military child who moved around a lot (Massachusetts, DC, Virginia, England, Germany, and PA) I have lived in many different houses that we called home. My family had to find ways to live creatively and use spaces to their max potential, with what made sense for us.
I want to bring that same energy and experience to our local housing market.
I see both the history and the potential.
My passion is seeking out unwanted or unneeded properties and reviving these houses by unearthing the true style and beauty of the home with a focus on safety, quality, and practicality.
Creating more great homes will increase housing opportunities, improve the desirability of our area, and increase property values in our neighborhoods.
